Account required for purchase. Because we sell firearms, every purchase must be made through a verified account with a confirmed email address. We do not offer guest checkout. Creating an account does not guarantee approval to complete a purchase or transfer — final eligibility is determined at the point of transfer through your selected FFL dealer, in accordance with all applicable background check and identification requirements.
All firearms sold through Pisgah Armament are shipped exclusively to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder that you select during checkout — never directly to a residential address. You are responsible for completing all required paperwork, identification, and background check procedures in person at your chosen FFL dealer before taking possession of your firearm. Availability of specific products may vary by state and local law, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we believe cannot be legally completed in your jurisdiction.
Prices, product availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance; we may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to verify eligibility. Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor at the time of order. You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
From time to time we may offer promotional discount codes or other incentives. You agree not to: provide false information when creating an account or placing an order; attempt to purchase a firearm on behalf of, or for transfer to, a person who is not legally eligible to receive it; use our website for any unlawful purpose; attempt to circumvent our FFL transfer process; or interfere with the security or normal operation of our website.
The Pisgah Armament name, logo, the PA mountain mark, and all associated branding, product photography, and website content are the property of Pisgah Armament and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.
Our website and products are provided "as is." We do not make claims beyond the specifications we publish for a given product. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pisgah Armament is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
